 Our attorneys have represented both landlords and tenants with respect to various issues that arise out of a lease agreement.

If tenants have failed to pay and the landlord seeks to recover possession, the process requires the initiation of a lawsuit for the landlord to get court approval to regain possession of the premises and a judgment for the balance due. 

On the other hand, our attorneys have represented tenants in enforcing their rights under the terms of their lease with the landlord, including recovery of deposit money after their leases have terminated.
